A Special message from Julia Poirier, the third generation of this proud family business:

"My grandfather started our company in 1955, and my dad joined the business in 1987. My dad always stressed the importance of a satisfied customer. My grandfather and my dad always consider it very important to be involved with and support the community through volunteer work, and sponsoring local youth sports activities. Whether it's Windows, Roofing, Siding, or Doors, our installers specialize in their field and regularly attend trade shows and conferences to continue our education. My dad always said being a good contractor is all about exceptional customer service, following through and making sure that the customer is happy with the results. The best way to ensure a customer is being treated properly is to build and maintain that relationship personally.

After attending CCSU and serving in the United States Army, I then joined the family business alongside my father. My father insisted that I participate in the field, which I still do on a daily basis, and participate in the estimating. The things that we are learning in today’s environment are completely different than what my grandfather was doing six decades ago. The foundation is still the same, but the technology and products are constantly evolving. I’m proud to say working alongside my father is fulfilling, and challenges me to never stop learning and improving. I am very excited to see what the future will bring.

I look forward to continuing the family business, and maintaining our strong emphasis on delivering on our promise of “Covering your Home for Generations”. That's the way my family's done business for almost 70 years."
